Does red light therapy actually work?
It's one of the few wellness modalities with peer-reviewed clinical research behind it, including randomized controlled trials on skin, muscle recovery, and joint comfort. We've summarized the key studies, with links to every source, on our Science page.
Which Ravlumi device is right for me?
It depends on your goal. For targeted areas like the face or joints, start with the Pro Mini or a wrap. For half-to-full-body sessions, the Pro Max. For whole-body coverage, the Semi, Dual, Elite, or Ultra arrays. Every device uses the same wavelength families — the difference is coverage area and session convenience.
When will I see results?
The clinical studies we cite report visible changes after 8–12 weeks of consistent use, typically 3–5 sessions per week; some report earlier changes in 2–4 weeks. Results vary by person. Consistency matters more than session length, which is exactly what our devices are designed around.
Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. During major sale periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your destination, carrier, and customs processing where applicable. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders of $75 or more ship free. Orders under $75 ship at a flat $5.99.

Will I pay customs duties or import taxes?
Orders outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country at delivery; these aren't included in our prices. See our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

What is your return policy?

What does the warranty cover?
Every device includes a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If it stops working under normal use, we repair or replace it free, including shipping on the replacement.
How do I start a return or warranty claim?
Email help@ravlumi.com with your order number and a short description (photos or video help for warranty claims). We respond within 1–2 business days.

How long should a session be?
Most Ravlumi devices are designed for 10–20 minute sessions — check your product page for the exact recommendation. More isn't better; the research is built on short, repeated exposure.
How often should I use it?
Daily or near-daily. The clinical protocols behind red light therapy are built on consistency — a few focused minutes most days beats an occasional long session.
Is it safe to use every day?
Ravlumi devices are designed for regular home use as part of a general wellness routine. As with any wellness product, consult your healthcare provider first if you're pregnant, nursing, taking photosensitizing medication, or under a physician's care.
Do I need eye protection?
Avoid looking directly into the light source during sessions. Most users are comfortable with eyes closed or averted; if you're sensitive to bright light, standard blackout goggles work fine.

What wavelengths do Ravlumi devices use?
Most Ravlumi devices combine red light (around 660nm) with near-infrared light (in the 830–850nm range). Some devices, like our face masks, use additional wavelengths. Exact specs are listed on each product page.
What's the difference between the Pro Series tiers?
Coverage. The lineup scales from the compact Pro Mini (targeted areas) through Max (half-to-full body), up to Semi, Dual, Elite, and Ultra multi-panel arrays for full-body sessions. You're choosing how much of you gets covered per session.
Do stands and accessories fit multiple devices?
Many stands are compatible across the Pro Series — check the compatibility notes on each accessory's page before ordering.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes — all payments process through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
