How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then typically arrive within 7–12 business days depending on your location and carrier.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders of $75 or more ship free. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $6.95.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Email help@ravlumi.com as soon as possible — we can update it before the order ships.
Returns & Warranty

What does the warranty cover?
Every Ravlumi device comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something stops working under normal use, we'll repair or replace it at no cost.
How do I start a return or warranty claim?

How long should a session be?
Most Ravlumi devices are designed for 10–20 minute sessions. Check your specific product page for exact recommendations.
How often should I use it?
Many customers build it into a daily routine, similar to brushing your teeth or stretching — short, consistent sessions rather than occasional long ones.
Is it safe to use every day?
Ravlumi devices are designed for regular home use as part of a general wellness routine. As with any wellness product, consult your healthcare provider first if you're pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are under a physician's care.
Do I need eye protection?
We recommend avoiding direct, prolonged eye exposure to any LED light device, including ours — simply avoid looking directly into the light source during a session.

What wavelengths do Ravlumi devices use?
Most Ravlumi devices combine red light (around 660nm) with near-infrared light (in the 830–850nm range). Exact wavelengths and LED counts are listed in the specifications section of each product page.
What's the difference between the Pro Series tiers?
Our Pro Series panels scale from a single compact Mini panel up through multi-panel Semi, Dual, Elite, Ultra, and Studio configurations for wider, full-body coverage. Check each product page for exact LED counts and configurations.
Do stands and accessories fit multiple devices?
Many of our stands are compatible across the Pro Series lineup — check the compatibility notes on each accessory's product page before ordering.
