Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund. Payment is processed at the time of order through our secure third-party payment providers; we do not store your full payment card details.

Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, pricing or listing errors, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timeframes shown on the Site are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for full details. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

We offer a 30-day return period and a 1-year limited warranty on every eligible Ravlumi device. Full terms, eligibility conditions, procedures, and exclusions are explained in our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Except as expressly provided in that policy, products are provided “as is,” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and page layouts — is the property of Ravlumi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravlumi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including loss of profits or data. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a purchase from Ravlumi shall be handled by the appropriate state or federal courts located in New Mexico, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
